Re read the letter we wrote in class to Mr Cook. Draft you own letter of complaint on a seperate piece of paper about something new. We will be editing these and sending them out next lesson. Miss Coles
I am writing this letter to complain about lack of service.
On the 25th of April my computer was not working so I called sage and I had to wait 1 hour until you picked up. We had a chat for half an hour but I had to wait another hour and you did not even fix it but you said the next day you would call me again. The next day you did not call.
Hope to hear from you soon
Yours faithfully
Mr Gibson

Dear the Sports Direct owner
I am writing to complain about your Adidas Preditor football boots
I purchased the football boots only two weeks ago and already they have warn out and ripped I think you will loose customers fast if you are selling things for this much at quite bad quolity. I bought these boots for £25.99 and as I said before they are already ripped, I don't think that't good is it?
I suggest you either lower your prises or upper the quolity of everything
hope to her from you soon,
your sencerly

Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought two remote control cars for my children for their Christmas present. My children built them in one week and both of the cars stopped working in just a few days!!! I am very disappointed that the cars broke astonishingly quickly.
They cost £300 each! I need to get a replacement for them or get different ones for free.
I am looking forward to your reply.
Yours Sincerely
Mr Hayter

*Great layout
*Specific language
*We liked that way you wrote this from the point of view of a parent
->We think that there could be a little more information on how the cars broke down

Dear Mr/Mrs,
I am writing to complain about the sunscreen at the corner shop. They say its 30 SPF then you slap it on and its 15 SPF sometimes it only 5 SPF and i swear most of the time its just milk.
You need to make better sunsreen so we dont pour milk all over ourselves every day we go outside.
thank you for your understanding

*Great use of technical langauge
*We liked that you letter was humerous but still had a serious tone
-> We found that it was rather informal, could you adjust it slightly to make it more formal?
->Could have included more information on the dangers of such low SPF sunscreen

Dear Sir/Miss
I must complain about the renovations being made on the Marylebone Green Children's Playground in Regents Park.
It is taking an enormous amount of time which is very irritating as the warm season is coming up now and children will want to play outside. From what I have heard I would say it will take another one or two months until it is completely finished.
I do not understand why the work did not get started earlier so it would maybe even be finished by now.
Your faithfully
Mrs. H. J. Wilkins
